• Focus on climate and/or environmental justice-related issues
• Women hold majority of leadership positions
• Local governing body of women and community representatives
• Operates in urban and/or peri-urban areas
• Registered nonprofit in country of operation
• Funded by more than one donor
• Incorporates gender-responsive values in core work
• Willing to participate in peer exchange and organizational strengthening
• Willing to participate in WomenStrong's Learning Lab and events
• Annual budget under US$600,000
