C40 is working with several public transport authorities across Africa, Asia, and Latin America to establish sustainable advertising and sponsorship policies, in order to advance climate and health goals while protecting and expanding commercial revenue. We are seeking a service provider (company, consortium, or individual consultant) to prepare a technical study offering comprehensive guidance for authorities seeking to develop a sustainable advertising and sponsorship policy, and associated revenue strategy. The service provider should have expertise in advertising and sponsorship, and experience of advising public sector partners (especially transport authorities) on commercial revenue strategies. The objective of this project is to provide clear guidance to transport authorities on developing sustainable advertising and sponsorship policies that align with the goal of protecting and expanding commercial revenue. The service provider will draw on background research and a range of stakeholder perspectives to develop a technical study that can be valuable to cities across Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
