The project serves as a catalyst for collaboration between EU and partner countries on ICT standardization, building bridges and fostering capacity building in Digital areas. It helps EU and partners understand each other's regulatory frameworks and standardization models while promoting inclusive and cooperative processes for developing global ICT standards that support and embed EU values.

Applications evaluated on 4 criteria (1-10 scale):
1. Impact and alignment with call (30%)
2. Technical excellence & relevance (30%)
3. Experience and qualifications of applicants (20%)
4. Economics of proposal (20%)
• Applications must come directly from NSOs for training programmes.
• Legal entities must be based in EU Member States, Associate Countries, or target geographies (excluding China and Belarus).
• No double-funding allowed for activities already financed elsewhere
Eligible topics:
- Training for staff of non-EU/EFTA standards bodies (e.g., National Standards Organization)
- Landscaping Studies
