Short DescirptionThis funding call aims to improve the intelligence picture and enhance the prevention, detection, and deterrence of various forms of organised crime. The call focuses on equipping European Police Authorities with modern tools, skills, and methodologies to tackle organised crime effectively. Proposals are encouraged to address new or emerging challenges, including creative or disruptive solutions that extend beyond previous research initiatives in fighting crime and terrorism.
Criteria[Please check the website for criteria and application process]

• Must involve at least three Police Authorities from different EU Member States or Associated Countries
• Proposals should address new, upcoming or unforeseen challenges not covered by previous Horizon Europe Calls Fighting Crime and Terrorism (2021-2024)
• If related to previous topics, must convincingly explain how they build on and not duplicate previous work
• Must include a mid-term assessment by practitioners
• Integration of satellite-based services (Copernicus and Galileo/EGNOS) required if relevant
• Must form consortium with at least three countries, one of which must be an EU Member State
• Focus on innovative tools to map and disrupt organised crime networks, including trafficking and money laundering

• Trafficking prevention and detection
• Money laundering detection and prevention
• Modern policing methodologies and tools
• Cross-border law enforcement cooperation

Partnership Requirements:
• Minimum 3 Police Authorities from different EU Member States/Associated Countries
• Cross-border consortium with at least 3 countries
• Practitioner involvement and mid-term assessment required
• Integration with EU satellite services where applicable
