We are looking for initiatives that aim to: • Reduce the environmental impact of catering and food, whether at the level of agricultural production, processing or logistics; • Promoting the well-being and health of the population through catering and food; • Adapting production chains to future environmental challenges, particularly climate change;
The collaborative project must present significant potential for replication and/or deployment, for example by developing a new offer, a new service or a new profitable business model.
