Short DescirptionThe Swiss Future Award empowers startups and SMEs leading the way in sustainable transformation across Switzerland. With a focus on innovation and measurable environmental impact, the award highlights businesses that are developing solutions to drive positive change.
Criteria(Please refer to the website for eligibility criteria) To be eligible, applicants must be Swiss-registered for-profit start-ups (operating for at least one year) or small to medium-sized enterprises with up to 250 full-time equivalent employees.
• 40% Transformative Innovation Demonstrates significant impact through operations or business model, acting as a catalyst for larger change • 20% Systemic change Potential to impact and reshape broader industry norms. • 25% Financial efficiency & Scalability Viable business case and potential for growth. • 15% Stakeholder Engagement Solution involves key partners.
3 Categories 1) Innovation Award CHF 25'000 + 6 months of impact coaching will be awarded to an organisation with breakthrough solutions challenge the status quo and bring innovative business models, products, or services to the market and drive industry change.
2) Environment Award CHF 25'000 + 6 months of impact coaching will be awarded to a business that develops measurable, high-impact environmental solutions. This category honors an organisation that, for example, reduce carbon emissions, promote circularity, protect biodiversity, etc.
3) Public Choice Award The 10 finalists from the Innovation and Environmental categories will be put to a public vote. The most voted project will receive extended coaching for 12 months to further develop its impact strategy.
