An app or database of food/nutritional ingredients delivering data-driven recommendations on ingredient stability EIT Health, in partnership with Abbott has launched the first in a series of challenges and is actively seeking a solution to enhance the development of nutritional products by addressing the challenge of ingredient stability during processing. The objective is to predict these stability challenges early in the development process to avoid time-consuming and resource-heavy testing. Abbott is looking for solutions that can predict the stability of nutritional ingredients under specified conditions of treatment based on existing published literature. To apply as a start-up or SME, it must:
• Be a for-profit SME in line with the EU definition or in Switzerland with a product or technology that addresses the challenge released. At least, a prototype of the solution should exist.
• Be legally incorporated in the EU, Switzerland or Horizon Europe-associated countries
