The applicants are requested to propose a solution that reaches the main objective by fulfilling the following subobjectives:
(1) Design and develop a receiver that meet the requirements defined in the ESMAS SDD
(2) Execute the tests defined in the IEC 61107-8 standard in laboratory and assess the results against the criteria defined in the IEC 61107-8 standard.
The proposal must be submitted by a consortium composed of at least two (2) entities out of which:
- the coordinator shall be a legal person;
- the co-applicant(s) can be either a legal and/or a natural person(s)
