The IMD Center for Social Innovation, Lombard Odier Foundation, World Economic Forum and Humanitarian Innovative Finance Hub (HIFHUB) invite the humanitarian and development institutions, and entrepreneurs working in these settings, to submit project proposals for the next cohort of our Driving Innovative Finance for Impact (DIFI) program1. We are seeking participants who can submit projects with the potential to transition from traditional grant funding models to investment-readiness through innovative financial structuring. This program is designed to support actors operating in fragile or crisis-affected environments who are exploring new ways to attract capital, scale their solutions, and sustain long-term impact.

This program is designed to support actors operating in fragile or crisis-affected environments who are exploring new ways to attract capital, scale their solutions, and sustain long-term impact.
Criteria: 1. Operate in humanitarian, conflict-affected, or low-income contexts 2. Are at a stage where financial structuring expertise can unlock scale. This may (not exhaustive) include: a. Finished pilots or proof-of-concept initiatives seeking to scale beyond grant funding b. Early-stage ventures2 that need support structuring revenue models or hybrid capital stacks c. Social enterprises or NGOs aiming to transition into outcomes-based contracts or impact-linked finance d. Social enterprises in humanitarian value chains e. Projects with strong impact metrics but unclear risk-return profiles for investors f. Collaborative projects between entrepreneurs and NGOs or International Organizations.
