The objective is to design and implement an employers’ organization-led model for a one-year post-secondary dual VET apprenticeship programme in sustainable tourism, targeting 50 young NEETs in Tirana, Shkodër, and Vlorë, to enrich and diversify the Youth Guarantee offer.
