• Work in one of the following fields of action
o Access to education: academic support, literacy, integration through culture, digital inclusion, support for citizenship, environmental awareness, etc.
o Access to employment: professional integration, professional training, mentoring, etc.
o Improving living together: intercultural and intergenerational actions, improving the living environment, digital inclusion, creating social ties, local solidarity, regional planning, ecological transformation, etc.
• Be non-profit, carry out an activity of general interest, non-denominational and apolitical, and not address a restricted circle of people
• Be located in a municipality or district with at least 1 Priority City District
• Provide proof of at least 3 years of existence
• Have an annual budget of less than €1M
• Provide accounting documents with a closing date after the end of 2020 and justifying a healthy situation
